They were really responsive, showed up early to setup, ended up offering us an even better bounce house for no uncharge or the original one we booked and we went with the better one, which was great. He even let us keep it overnight since he said he didn't have another booking. Incredible service all around and will use them again next event we have.

Awesome experience with Blue Castle Party Rentals. We rented a bounce house for our daughter’s birthday party. They came and set everything up, and the next day came back and got it. Very professional and clean. The tents were wiped down during assembly and the kids loved the bounce house. I was impressed with the design of the tents. It felt very spacious. They were tall enough to provide shade even outside the tent. The owner was very personable and easy to talk to. He had an organized procedure for set up and break down. I gave him a 2 hour window for set up, and that was just enough time for our small kids party. If you have a larger party, I'd give blue castle more than 2 hours to set up. That way you have plenty of time to decorate the tables.
